I've been thinking of cards that were generally accepted to be bad cards and trying to think of what to do with them. Greyjoy's Loot popped into my head so this was built with that card in mind. I wanted 3 captain's daughter to make sure that something worth Looting was on top of the opponent's deck. I wanted the Crone and plenty of Dothraki to also, potentially, get discarded cards into the dead pile. The Crone and Dothraki can also trigger off of the other pillage effects and The Reader's mill effect.
This is a very rough, early, version of the deck. I doubt it will really run well but, in theory, could really hurt the popular Lannister builds.
