I've been running a very fast Tyrell version of rush with Summer with Hedge Knights (instead of Courtesans), 1 less Queen and no Littelfinger for Paxter Redwyne. This way you can include 2 Growing Strong and probably Lady Sansa's rose.
I'd drop 1 or two Mare in Heat (good, but not for 3 copies), and I'd definitely include Superior Claim. Not sure if you need the agenda or you can keep the summer plots (obviously needed for Summer Knight), and swap the agenda for Crossing.
Probably a 2nd Tourney for king would be good. Also a good addition will be 2 Support of the People and then split 2 Highgardens to 1 Highgarden and 1 Mandler.
