OK, lets see how many disparate ideas i can cram into a deck and see if its still competitive at a high level. Cant really say if this is gonna be the foundation of a teir 1 deck or not, but i think if the gameplan is to continue to try to squeeze value out of Harrenhal then it cant be all bad, seems strong at face value at least. Discovery requires experimentation.

goofy note about Kevan - If kevan is in your opening hand along with a high priced location, its ok to start with the long winter, discard the locaiton with reserve and marshal kevan second turn. Extra points if you discard both harrenhal and Tower, Kevan out the Tower, bounce him with tower and play him the following turn for harrenhal.

Harrenhal btw continues to be an amazing card that probably shouldnt have been printed, but its cool. This good thing about ROC here is that if you dont get your Tower/HH combo going, then you still have mutliple great plays to carry your tempo lead thru to the end.

Most impactful ROC play would probably be at the moment be win green by 5+ with cersie participating, flip wilfire, play trial by combat. Assuming you have a mil left you have a very high chance of wiping your opponents board.

At the very least, im confident this will be a blast to play, almost as fun as doing an air guitar solo.

No Tears of Lys? Power Behind the Throne? Also if you are running Tower of the Hand, Milk of the Poppy seems counter intuitive. You'd be bouncing small threats so your military claim can hit their bigger threats.
