Deck built before Dydra's innovative Night Gathers deck was published and kept secret for a tourney that was since postponed. I have now stolen Fallen from Favour from his list (replacing Building Orders) as no-brainer plot I missed (also great hit for Riddle when they open 1 character to your weenies) so thank you for that improvement.
Calling the Banners is the staple Varys go second play (Viper Eyes before to remove Treachery or Nightmares or just cancel). Marched is the staple follow up and Trading the staple lure before Reset. Other plots are 7 reserve for Night Gathers.
Discard opponent's hand with Viper Eyes, Bastard Daughters, Waymar, Attainted. Use 7 Reserve plots (Sam and Throne boost reserve) for Night Gathers key uniques in discards (Pillage helps) to prevent marshal. Kill his uniques before Varys who feeds Night Gathers etc.
Summons x2 to find Varys or Raven that you play with Stewards. Martell adds defence vs. First Snow with so many 4 cost cards.
Non-terminal negative attachments (strong military presence and Imprisoned contains decks reliant on Raiders) control the board before and after reset for max hurt with a small board.
No attachment control because only good negative targets are cost efficient if blanked: Arianne (bounce if Craven or before Varys), Littlefinger (+2C enters play), Arry (bounce if Craven or before Varys), Tristane (Craven or Ward hurts but deck needs his intrigue icon for Reset control)
No Nymeria or Syrio as Milk too prevalent.
NW cards max cost 4, Ocean Road cards max cost 5 plus 3x Varys.
Ocean Road is the card that Night Gathers has been waiting for.
I expect this theorycraft deck dies to NW (Ocean Road doesn't help Night Gathers, 2x Coppers reserve 10, big hand size harms reset, many no attachments) but otherwise feels strong and fun.
