This is a really rough NW deck I cooked up because I liked how some of the new cards make core Jon a little bit functional again. It has a ways to go but got me to 2-1 and a win on SOS in a 5-player GNK tourney. It's extremely unrefined, I have some edit thoughts later, but I think it's an okay proof-of-concept for a janky nonsense deck.

Games:

W v. NW Fealty: Pentoshied one another, he got the Wall, I got Jon Snow and Bowen Marsh. I kept winning challenges and by plot 3 had achieved mathematical certainty of 3 wins a round and searched out Longclaw. Was kind of a fun inverse of the cold, mathematical grasp of defensive NW.

W v. Greyjoy Winter: Set up 6-1-1 with Jon Snow, played the first round defensively, then served up Aemon to the plot 2 valar to keep Jon (along with a dupe off Bowen). Didn't draw more cheap characters after valar but managed to have enough on the board to get my 3 each round and outrun him.

L v. Bara Fealty: I mulliganed an okay setup to chase anti-bara cards and drew into a medium-bad setup, followed by drawing a huge fistful of events and attachments. Just didn't get rolling fast enough with few characters and no economy.

Thoughts on the deck:

Plots: Ghosts of Harrenhal was a emergency plot, but I think it could be another Festival or Time of Plenty. Clash doesn't do much, but I considered it necessary to have a shot to beat GJ on initiative on the ultimate round. The rest were definitely correct.

Attachments: I like the 10, I'd drop one bow for the third dagger. Maybe the other bow, too, for something else (specially if Steel gets cut), but it suppresses chump opposition in a resetless deck.

Locations: Steel was unnecessary, native draw was plenty in this deck. I'd drop one for another Gift, one for another character (old forest hunter?). Econ was rough (I knew it would be), definitely chase a limited on setup.

Events: Relentless (useless and terrible, I'm a fool) was Meagre before to help with econ; it could be again, but I'd make one the third superior claim and the other maybe a Grenn. The others were all amazing/necessary.

Characters: Grenn and Halder were both amazing, but it's hard to take them up to 3x. Satin needs to be 3x for New Gift and kneel on JS. The other proportions... worked. I'd render those edits in the other sections into more warm bodies in the 2-3 range, maybe one more 4 (Jaremy? Ranging Party? Ghost?)

I tried something similar but still on paper as the Box is not here. Here is how I went with it :)
