MVP cards in this deck are Prince's Plan(wow), Ricasso and Doran's Game.
Ricasso with Starfall Cavalry solves the draw problem that Martell has in their early game but can still be worked around with Turn 1 Long Plan, Turn 2 Counting Coppers. That is the usual starting play anyways. Having Ricasso in starting hand with Starfall Cavalry turn 2 is the dream so mulliganing for Ricasso is what usually occurs.
Use Valar aggresively to survive til the late game, where your chuds (Greenblood Trader, Bastard Daughter etc.) become tricons with at least 3-4 Str, in combination with Prince's Plan. Quentyn is also a nice body with stealth and can get cheeky kills in combo with Prince's Plan.
Littlefinger's Meddling for when you have event heavy hand and especially with more than 1 Prince's Plan in hand so saving the gold to return them to your hand instead of playing them.
Doran's Name can be used for gold gain in late game when your opponents lulls themself into a false sense of security when they assume you don't have gold to play (you guessed it) Prince's Plan. (With the release of Dornish Fiefdonm, I decided to remove Doran's Name)
Attainted is the only necesarry icon hate attachment to make room for other cards, protect hand and to increase probability of winning Int on defence, for that surprise Doran's Game.
Win conditions are Myrcella, Knights of the Sun and Doran's Game.
I'm not sure how much duel is worth it in Martel people just assume it's in your deck and play around it until either you flip it or you play a 6 cost character yourself. Basically it'll do more for you not being in your plot deck as you don't have to play it around tyene
