• Ralf's constant ability works even if an opponent has a Winter plot card revealed. If there is more than one Winter plot card revealed, Ralf will still only reduce the gold and reserve values by 1.

• The word "opponent" refers to an opponent of yours, not to an opponent of any player with a Winter plot card revealed.

• If you have Wraiths in Their Midst revealed, each opponent's reserve value cannot be reduced below 2, even if all the other modifiers would add up to a number lower than 2. The minimum is absolute.

• The phrase "income value" means the gold value on a player's revealed plot card. It really should say "gold value", but it doesn't. :)
