Grand Melee or Double-Dealing may be good replacements in the plot deck. Included Ghosts of Harrenhal as a surprise/ressurect card for a big character. As melee rarely goes past plot 3, it may not see play.
Also replaced 1 Moon Boy for Edric Storm for deals with dominance, but insight with MB may be helpful if the Red Keep is not online.
