If you check out the inspiration deck, Nimer has wrote a very good discription of how the deck is supposed to work.
I experimented with opening The Prince Who Came To Late but following a couple of games where it backfired I chose to go with Late Summer Feast. If Dani was in hand to use as an opener or The Maiden if she wasn't.
Ser Hobber and Oathkeeper being the main ways to grab Dani.
