Hey @Sammy - neat idea. A couple of thoughts though. When I choose a triggered agenda (Prince, Rains, Trident, Conclave, etc) for a deck, I ask myself the following question:
Can I trigger the agenda with most characters in the deck?
Right now, the answer to that question seems to be no, unless The Blackfish (FtR) is on the board. To rectify this, I would advise adding a tutor to find him (ie The Prince Who Came Too Late) or changing to an agenda that can be more reliably triggered - Battle of the Trident comes to mind due to all of your Army characters (and the fact you're already running a War plot package).
Next, I would remove any cards that conflict with the faction card kneel required by the agenda, ie Relentless Assault.
Lastly, when it comes to choosing a restricted card, I like to guarantee I see it every game, so if it's a non-plot card, I'll run 3x of it - so I would recommend bumping She-Bear up to a third copy if that's indeed the restricted card you want to run. Hope this helps! Keep testing and tweaking!
