A slightly modified version of Joe from Cincinnati Night's Watch Fealty deck. I may end up changing the plots a little, and I'll update this deck as new packs are released.

I've had success with it against Lannister Jumping Lions, Martell Fealty and Tyrell Lord of the Crossing, but Targaryen Banner of the Lion has been a real difficulty so far.

Dream scenario is you get The Wall and Old Bear Mormont out, stick Little Bird and a weapon attachment on him and work your events and locations to shut down their attacks. It's risky to defend attacks with Old Bear Mormont unless you have Maester Aemon standing to nullify Tears of Lys.

Win dominance and always try to go second. In my experience, if you make an attack as the first player you will always wish you hadn't. Veteran Builder is great at standing the wall if you let an unopposed attack through. If you're 2 away from winning at the start of a turn, Wildfire Benjen Stark to win!

A real strength of this deck is that nobody plays Night's Watch, so your opponents will be over-confident and surprised by how quickly you can gain power.
