The deck has two goals: get Daenerys in as many challenges as possible, and play as many Dracarys! as you can.
Green Dreams, A Gift of Arbor Red, and Dany's insight all help you get to that goal. Rebuilding is an underrated plot that I think is insane in a deck that wants to use Dracarys! as many times as possible.
