Varys's Riddle and Rebuilding are flex plots. They could become Naval, Counting Coppers, Forgotten Plans, Long Plan, Calm Over Westeros, or anything with decent initiative because this deck wants to play second.
I'm struggling to find the right balance between chuds and impact characters. There's no Tyene, so Ghaston Grey is one of the only loyal cards, but it's also one of the most important cards in the deck.

I think The Boneway would work quite well with this combo. |
I really feel like you are simply trying to force in this because of the Craven and Milk of the Poppy potential .... If I had to do a deck like this I think I'd go for more events than chars .... right now this 35 list count seem like a mashed bunch that doesn't know what wants to do together ...
This reminds me with Craven out perhaps it's time a I do a 3rd version of The Great Builders ... the Control from Bara/NW will just be sick ...
