Annother decklist for Power Rush.
I love FatCat and run a deck with her on OCTGN since months. I made some changes to my usual (not published) decklist since Lions of Casterlyrock are out. I haven't tested this list much at this point, but i think that Jeyne can a huge cornerstone when she stands Fast Eddie or one of the other renown lords. In a meta with many Lanni-Players, who will use Rains of Castamere, Harrenhall or some other jumpers tricks often, Last Hearth Scouts and Winterfell are important. FatCat can block their intrigue challenges, but i added one Little Bird as Stark has a lack of intrigue icons in general. Besides Winter Festival, Wildfire Assault (with FatCat), Superior Claim and Winter Is Coming can give you suprisingly fast power. Jory and Bodyguards will help to keep your renown chars alive.
I dropped Edmure over time, as i found that he helps to slow down enemy rushs, but he did not help to your own. Almost nobody uses renown when he is on the board.
Any suggestions welcome.

Tested this deck now in five games vs my training mates (3 x Lanni/Wolf, 2 x Targ/Lion) and won all five of them. MVP were Blackfish and Jeyne. Jeyne is totally great when standing Fast Eddie or Blackfish. I am very happy with this deck and wwould just make a few changes (will publish them in a second version). I will cut Winter is coming, as i saw it in no one of my games and i dont think it will make a difference, and will change it to two other cards. However, you could use this deck and just cut them out. It will work. |
