Deck does not need much money. Use The Kingsroad or Fallen from Favor to marshal the few expensive characters (have saves ready). Make sure to draw many cards through Shadowblack Lane, Counting Coppers and Funeral Pyre, as most of the cards are cheap events that enable plays. Use Maester Cressen to remove Blood Magic Ritual if necessary (Here to Serve).
Win by killing through events, kneeling what survives, and dominating. Cheap value characters allow for a good early game, and kills keep you through to midgame to win slowly with dominations and overpowering the opponent.
