This deck makes use of the Small Council and Kingsguard keywords. It is focused on intrigue but shouldn't be too slouchy on power and military challenges. A large amount of characters are Small Council traited and three copies of Appointed allow for adding Cersei Lannister (LoCR), Ser Jaime Lannister (LoCR), Tyrion Lannister (Core) or Tywin Lannister (Core) to the club. The Council Consents might be able to allow some big stands after intrigue wins and Casterly Rock allows multiple intrigue challenges.
On the Kingsguard side of things, Ser Jaime Lannister (LoCR) lends intrigue icons to Ser Barristan Selmy (TS) and Ser Osmund Kettleblack. Ser Osmund Kettleblack's power should come into its own when directing Vanguard Lancers into the fray; small time chuds that discard power from foes and don't hurt too much when you lose them at the end of the phase, and just might make a difference in military or power challenges.
Tywin Lannister (Core), Tyrion Lannister (Core), Lannisport Moneylender and Littlefinger help with the economy this deck needs to get some of its big cards into play, as well as the standard suite of reducer characters (the chief of which is Renly Baratheon (TtB) and income locations.
The characters I'm not too excited about are Ser Axell Florent, who is there mainly so the deck complies with its agenda (At least he's a knight so can benefit from Ser Jaime Lannister (LoCR).) and Ser Kevan Lannister who makes it in mainly because he has both the traits this deck is built for. I honestly don't think his power will come into play much.
Anyway, any comments or critiques are welcome. This is the fist time I've tried to make a deck of my own.
