House Baratheon. Loyal.
Location. Cost: 2.

Warship.

You may marshal or play facedown cards attached to Lady Marya as if they were in your hand.

Reaction: After you win a challenge in which you control an attacking Captain or Smuggler character, kneel Lady Marya to attach the top card of the losing opponent's deck to Lady Marya facedown under your control, as an attachment with the text: "Location only. Terminal."

Rules FAQ

  • You can marshal facedown cards attached to Lady Marya into shadows. However, a card can never enter an out-of-play area of a player who does not own it, so such a card would just end up in its owner’s shadows area instead, under its owner’s control. (See Ownership and Control.)

  • The facedown cards have no characteristics other than those granted to them by Lady Marya. That means cards that interact with attachments (such as Confiscation or Shadow of the East) can still interact with those cards. Cards like Lay Waste or Halder cannot, because facedown cards do not have the non-limited characteristic or any faction affiliation.

  • You may only look at the identity of facedown cards that are under your control.

  • If an opponent takes control of Lady Marya, any cards you attached to it will remain under your control. However, the opponent can still look at those cards and marshal or play them. (Source.)

  • Facedown cards attached to Lady Marya are considered to be in play. If you marshal such a card, reactions to that card being marshaled can still be triggered, but reactions to that card entering play cannot. You also cannot resolve the bestow keyword on such a card. (Source.)

  • If you sacrifice a facedown card attached to Lady Marya for Trading With Qohor, you will not be able to find any eligible card in your deck, as the sacrificed card had no printed cost.
