Rules FAQ

• The word "cannot" is absolute, and cannot be countermanded by other abilities. That means any ability that gives you permission to initiate an additional challenge will not help against this event. But you can still resolve an challenge against that player if it is redirected with the Crown Regent title in a Melee game.

• You have to play this event before the challenge is initiated. If you play it during an challenge, it is too late to stop the challenge from resolving.

• Once the event is played, bringing additional locations into play does not matter. The lasting effect will persist until the end of the phase regardless.
