Rules FAQ

  • Manfrey's ability means that any character with renown on the losing side can gain 1 power, and any character with insight on the losing side can draw 1 card. Characters on the winning side cannot use those keywords.

  • If Manfrey is removed from the challenge or leaves play before you resolve keywords (for instance, if he is killed by claim), keywords are then resolved in the normal way. The same happens if he is blanked before you get to the keywords step (for instance, by Trading With Qohor bringing in Milk of the Poppy).
