Hey,
This is I deck that I've had some fun with. It centers on surviving the first few turns and then having the ability to ambush entire hordes because of Mance and every plot being winter. Two winter reserves to guarantee some eco and as board wipe I got first snow, which synergizes great with mance, since you can ambush everything right back. That's the real problem of the deck though, lack of truly dynamic plots but if the snowball commences it can get surprisingly strong with Jon,the frozen shore and shadow of the wall allowing you to stand multiple times. Val and Wun Wun can carry the early game if mance doesn't show. Events and locations mainly economy since a lot of characters are expensive if you don't get mance. Rattleshirt's Raiders are key since they're your only tool for removing attachments. Supporting the Faith and Barring the Gates can be a problem, but at least you can still normally marshall all your characters.
Btw this seems to kinda counter the greyjoy Harlaw kings of winter nonsense that is pretty meta right now, since their constant winter plots give you two stands for frozen shore and winter reserves partially protects against gold and reserve bomb. If nothing else I'd suggest to try it against such a deck. Not a guarantee of course but it can really stomp it.
