Hi everybody,

This is the deck that somehow brought me to an incredibly close melee final where everyone had a shot at winning the whole thing. Thanks to all my opponents for nice and fun games and congrats to Alex for winning!

I won't do a detailed games report because my bad memory wouldn't do my opponents justice.

Results: Swiss: 3 wins and 1 second place on 12 power

Semifinals: win on 15

Final: second on 14

Deck

The deck leverages the insane draw and keywords from mummers combined with challenge tricks and stand.

Originally this was a joust Deck to see if you can deck yourself in a few rounds ( yes you can ). Now it's a melee Deck because Goldengrove is banned in joust.

The core "combo" of the deck ist giving one of your ladies Champion's Favor and "Florian and Jonquil". From then onwards you can make challenge math for your opponents really difficult as you can ideally stand your ladies multiple times with Defiance, Highgarden Courtier and Golden grove. And every time you do so, your buff gets one strength stronger. So you attack with a str 1 fool and suddenly he is str 30. You can also increase the ladies' strength further with Ser Garlan Tyrell (OR), Renly's Pavilion, Arbor Queen, Margaery Tyrell (Core) and Water Dancer's Sword.

What hurt the deck most are resets, especially Valar Morghulis, The Stranger and The First Snow of Winter.

Also Karhold was really annoying as I did forget about that and did not run a Winter plot.

After all I am very happy with how it turned out.

Thanks again to the great people that made this a great weekend!

And also a big thanks to Schwaig and Philine for all their work and dedication!
