This is the Lannister deck I built for agenda tournament: https://thrones.tourneygrounds.com/tournaments/8858
Most of the Lanni events are based on winning intrigue challenges, so that was the basis for my deck. I wanted to build a rush/aggro build with Cersei Lannister (LoCR) and Casterly Rock (Core), but since both are in pods with good events, I chose to go with Cersei Lannister (Core) and slightly more aggressive approach without rush elements. Other than that, the deck doesn't have that many surprising choices. I guess Maester at the Rock is something you don't see but it's only a one off. Other nice interaction is Gold Mine with The Annals of Castle Black (R). You get a new card from Gold Mine and then get to re-use the event and draw one more card from the agenda. As a restricted, I chose Castamere over You Win Or You Die, since in testing I never needed more cards with all the draw from the events. And deck can win int and protect your own hand. The two claim didn't feel that necessary with The First Snow of Winter and Marched to the Wall either.
In my game, I faced Xelcor with Stark White Book. He had a strong start but I was able to win intrigue and keep his hand quite empty. Then I got a good second or third round Dohaeris and got an upper hand with help of Tywin. I guess his draw wasn't the best either.
