This is my take on a Stark kill deck.
Draw deck
Tyrell helps on the INT icons while providing some +STR to make easier to land the +5 on Mil
Some Direwolf Pups to do emergency Standings with Grey Win and Rob
No Gates of Winterfell, because I think you need 2 or 3 copies to see it as early as possible and there are too many targets to not draw.
Plot deck
Not going too crazy on the War plots, although a timely Storm of Swords can be devastating
Marched to the Wall and Confiscation because they are must haves for every deck atm imo
Calling the Banners and A Noble Cause are your money plots when you need to drop larger/more stuff
I'd really like Winds of Winter seems like a crazy MIL finisher with Winter is Coming , but need to do more testing to see which other plot to replace.

Yeah I agree about the 2 claim plots. Was just really split between The Winds of Winter and Sneak Attack , or to keep Marched to the Wall ... the last cuts through dupes but from 10+ games I've been able to land only 1 or 2 Marches that really mattered. |
Have you considered Sneak Attack? It's a very strong plot for a killing deck: being the only challenge that matters, you can play it as an early plot thanks to its high value income (but you can also play it to close the game with a challenge). You also want to go first and Sneak Attack is the highest initiave plot available! 2 claim plots are very strong in a killing deck...
