All the deck is synergic on the Sacrifice mechanic. The deal is to put on the board Riverrun much faster is possible. if not in set-up, use Building Orders for take a chance. This is a key plot here and over the match for different need.
Characters:
Catelyn Stark (WotN) is the principal Character for great rush in combo with Riverrun, Riverrun Minstrel, Eddard Stark (WotN) or any sacrificable character. Here, you need to substain the sacrificability on the board; for this Needle it would be nice to be attached on the character used for the sacrifice in case you have not others in your hand. This mechanic allow also the possibility to save a character hit by poison (from Tyene Sand or Tears of Lys), sacrifing it and returing it to the hand before the end of the fase.
The opponent will go very quiet with military challenge but the secret of the Deck is Jon Snow (WotN). With Cat and also with Robb on board, Jon give you the possibility every round to sacrifice a little character for your needs. Lift all or rush power. Blackfish accelerate the rush and also play in combo with Eddard Stark (WotN), Riverrun and Riverrun Minstrel.
Jory Cassell and Bran are good cards for tutelate the big rulers and sacrifice himself in case of need for start the rush of Catelyn or activate Robb lifting. Luwing, Littlefinger, Rattleshirt's Raiders, Summer and Osha are strategic choice for make the deck very polyhedric and reactive in every circumstance. All others are simply "walking sacrifice".

Frozen Solid is a possibility in case of problematic opponent location. The deck nedd to face every situation. Needle preserve also the The Blackfish from direct kills like Dracarys! or similar.
Locations:
Gates of Winterfell are helpfull against Tyrell or Lannister deck for give engine to the hand. Riverrun is key card in the deck for speed up the rush. Based on which one it is caught first, use Building Orders if necessaire.
Event:
Superior Claim and Winter Is Coming are others speed-up for the rush mechanic. Arya's Gift let to change Needle from character to character according to the situation.
