Stahleck 2016.

This deck went 3-4 in Joust during the tourney, far from making any kind of cut. This is a reworked version of the one I took to the Championnat de France '16, but it was not quite as (relatively) successful this time.

I met 3 Targaryen players, one against (Dave) which I did not get to see any of my usual muting tools. Catelyn Stark (Core) and Winterfell did do a very job in the two other winning games I played though.

1 galant Tyrell player opposed me during Round 3. Despite wanting to resign after Turn 1, he fought as hard as he could with his "The Rains of Castamere" agenda against my early Catelyn Stark (Core) and Winterfell and Little Bird on The Blackfish. A tough (impossible) match for him but a great attitude throughout the game, a big shout out to him.

I also met 1 Stark player running Catelyn Stark (WotN) against which I could not do much after he charged his The Blackfish during 2 recruiting phases thanks to 2x Riverrun Minstrel and Riverrun. A good game nonetheless, and an interesting discussion regarding one certain plot that I considered too dangerous for Melee but could be a non-standard opener for Joust.

I also played against 2 Lannister players. Last Hearth Scouts turned out to be a pain for my first opponent, as predicted. Sadly that was not enough. My second Lion opponent (Florian) offered me the Stark playmat we were playing for, after he won cleanly in what must have been my best Joust game of the whole tourney. If you read this, thank you so much! We will hopefully cross path again in the future, and recall fondly of the memories this one EPIC game created. :)
