Extremely expensive deck, includes lots of plot cards with high gold gain, and many income gaining cards. Lady characters are important here, Offer of a Peach, Lady Sansa's Rose and Ser Horas Redwyne are powerful because of them, and the available Lady characters are very enabling.
The Queen of Thorns allows you to play your expensive characters for free, Margaery Tyrell enables your Knights to win challenges alone (for Jousting Contest or Lady Sansa's Rose) and enabling Mare in Heat). Alerie Tyrell allows you to draw Garden Caretakers for those necessary price reductions and pawns to kill when losing challenges (as all others are expensive characters, only to be resurrected through Ghosts of Harrenhal).
Bitterbridge Encampment is another card which allows for free powerful characters to come into play.
