Madus 8
This is the first deck I publish on TDB.
The main card here is not Chamber of the Painted Table as you would guess but Storm's End. Combined with the Tully's abilities to gain power, especially Ser Edmure Tully, I thought it could lead to a rush victory.
I tried several versions of it, and this one is the last I made, but advices are welcome of course !
It is a pretty defensive deck and you will appreciate to go second in ordre to be sure to win dominance. If you don't, you'll be in serious trouble, as neither Chamber of the Painted Table nor Storm's End will trigger.
Ser Edmure Tully is very versatile and will either neutralise a Renown of your foe or will lower the drawback of Consolidation of Power. I initially included 2 of the later and I think it is still a fair choice but with 64 cards I had to get rid of some support cards to maintain a 50% ratio of character. Riverrun will boost the effect of Ser Edmure Tully and Storm's End. If you win dominance with these 3 cards on table, even without Chamber of the Painted Table on board you will get 3 power (1 for dominance + 1 storm's end (-1/+2) + 1 Riverrun). Actually, it is pretty easy to get 6 power on turn 1 with A Feast for Crows. I can garantee that you chill down your opponent spine :)
To sum up, Baratheon characters allow to control the board, kneel characters thanks to R'holler or save the ones with power on them thanks to Ser Barristan Selmy (TS). In order to be effective, try to have a lady or lord character get power tokens with the Eddard Stark (WotN) ability or Storm's End. Bodyguard goes the same way. The main flaw is obviously cards that get rid of characters. Since you have power on them, loosing them often means loosing the game.
I often go with A Feast for Crows on T1, but Calm Over Westeros is also a strong choice if you are low on character. Building Orders is my T2 or T3 choice. Wildfire Assault is the reset card that allows you to keep you characters with power on them.
So far, I think I lost more often than I won. But I am pretty sure that 50% of my lost games were due to mistakes I made. And even if it's not the best deck around here, I enjoy playing it.
Feel free to give your advices to a beginner :)
