The deck I used to win 2016 Philippine Nationals.

Round 1 - Stark F - Loss

Round 2 - Tyrell Summer - Win

Round 3 - Targ Watch - Win

Round 4 - Bara Fealty - Win

Top 4 - Targ Crossing - Win

Finals - GJ Summer - Win

Huge thanks to Buz Hannon and Jakob Hultman, who both discussed the deck with me during its early stages, and of course, to Lucas Sydlaske, for your genius deckbuilding skill.

Shout outs to the SEA and Australian Meta's Zesheng Cheng and Tan Chun Yong for helping me fine tune the event package.

I'd like to believe these five deckbuilders and players were all influences in this deck's construction. All credit for this deck goes to them.

Some Notes:

No Wraiths in Their Midst

Varys's Riddle and no Wraiths in Their Midst was Syd's spicy tech. The main argument was that Wraiths was a nice opener, and nothing more. When people know how to play around it, it might as well just be a blank plot. Riddle was used to check Summer Harvest players, as well as bump into Trading with the Pentoshi, so you could either Calling the Banners for big money, or drop Varys and wipe away their board. I used Varys in all four of my swiss games.

I heard Tagore also ran Riddle in his Worlds Lanni Winter deck.

Two I Never Bet Against My Family, three Hear Me Roar!

Along with Shadowblack Lane, you can't risk having too much faction kneel effects, hence, maxing out on Hear Me Roar! instead. My unique Lannister count is also pretty low, so INBAMF wouldn't be as good.

Only two Winter plots

Initially, I had thrre to four plots to tale advantage of the agenda, but I found that they really don't bring much to the table. I dabbled with Ranger's Cache for a while, but cut it in favor of Counting Coppers after testing. Would rather have the immediate burst of card draw rather than the flexibility of Cache.

With two Winter plots, I almost considered going No Agenda, for the Kings of Winter mirror was a horrible experience with permanent minus two reserve. However, I do believe KoW was the right call. The slight economy choke was enough to keep the board one character less, and really pulls its weight during Famine turns.

Nice deck. Changes you would make with LoCR?

Thanks @Ghost00! I'm not certain how this deck can be improved with LoCR, but I'd err on the conservative side with Ser Kevan Lannister.

For a more radical change, I would probably add two copies of Moon Brothers, singletons of Shagga Son of Dolf, Chella Daughter of Cheyk, and maybe Timett Son of Timett, plus maybe two copies of Harrenhal (FFH).
