Hey,
Long time lurker, first-time poster. Won our comparably small(17p) regional this weekend with this deck. Had few tougher matches, but overall deck performed very well for me. Ironically, the next day it went 1-4 in Driver, not the car though.
Will just go over the changes I've made from the Czech Nationals winner:

Plots: -1xBreaking Ties -1xTime of Plenty -1xTrade Routes +1x Summer Harvest +1x Varys's Riddle +1x The King in the North The logic behind the plots is quite simply. You can quite safely open Summer Harvest pretty much against anyone as people very rarely play riddle. Just need to be more careful against Qohor. Alternatively, if you are facing Targ, you'll usually want to start with Riddle yourself to hit their draw or summer harvest. King in the north helps you deal with annoying triggers but can backfire if your opponent has his king from turn 1.

Characters: Dropped Rickons as I knew our meta doesn't really play Qohor. Added additional copy of Eddy as he was working great and was in general fun and Osha as she has good icons, works with flea bottom and can be no one.

Locations: Very insignificant changes of eco, I thought this would work better, couldn't complain.
- Attachments and events: The last changes I made were to drop Winter Is Coming for Milks to hopefully help against pesky Targ kings and extra Ward to teach Begging Bros some Stark manners. Oh and a single Relentless Assault just to abuse The Wolf King and Greatjon
