Hi everyone ! I quickly saw than my deck needs work so I made a lot of test and changes to finally have this version.
Removed Cards

The Arbor because it is too expensive and needs a turn to give you gold, turn which I don't have the most of the time.

Red Priest and Bastard in Hiding, 2x Scheming Septon are better small characters.

Oldtown Informer and Wheels Within Wheels (OR), The Annals of Castle Black is by far better. You can even put 2x The Annals of Castle Black if you remove A Noble Cause.

Champion's Favor, intersting to put on Delena, but I finally don't keep it, I needed space in my deck. Same for Silver Hair Net. You can put them in the deck if you want.

Growing Strong and Hidden Thorns, I never had the opportunity to use them. Even Handed Justice still can be userful, so you can put 1x or 2x in the deck.

Paxter Redwyne, not very userful cumulated with Tourney Grounds.

Valar Dohaeris, the deck have now too many expensive character.

Mace Tyrell (SAT) can give small gold to help you to trigger Highgarden or Margaery's Influence, but it is more for his draw than I took him.

Septa Nysterica and Maester Ballabar, obvious card in this deck that I forgot for the first version.

Superior Claim helps you to win up to 4 power (with The Annals of Castle Black or Emissary of the Hightower).

This Must Be Answered Fiercely! allow you to put in play Mace Tyrell (SAT) or The Queen of Thorns (HoT), but also Shrewd Diplomat, Hightower Spy or Emissary of the Hightower.
Now the deck is stronger and can be comptetitive, I think. Enjoy !
