Unfortunately I can't provide an in-depth analysis or justification for this deck, given it's brief but relative success, as there's nothing here but a variation of a currently popular theme, namely, the Greyjoy-R'hllor splashing.
There's some major variations such as the exclusion of Throwing Axes, cheap characters and singles. Instead it relies on the very Greyjoys themselves namely Asha Greyjoy, Balon Greyjoy and Euron Crow's Eye, being supported by duplicates and warships. I suppose the Baratheon characters need no further clarification with Dragonstone Faithful acting as meatshield, Cpt. Cressen as the poppy-purger-in-command and Ser Davos Seaworth for being, contrary to popular belief, seaworthy and helping you secure those unopposed challenges.
Last but not least are the plots which has some changed themes. Mainly that there's an attempt to guarantee yourself from risky cards, such as Naval Superiority, and not yourself playing such cards, e.g. Heads on Spikes. With only one Kingdom plot card - Counting Coppers as a mid-game tempo boost - and no edicts, it probably can't get any more secure. A Noble Cause has instead been replaced by Calm Over Westeros so as to provide money and insure that you don't suffer discards or deaths, depending on what the stage of the game requires. Most often I manage to win by the 5-6th plot by playing Sneak Attack guaranteeing a win by allowing either Euron or Balon to pull through on a power challenge with renown and/or bonuses from The Great Kraken.
That said, still prepare for a rough ride because everyone expects the Greyjoy Inquisition.
