This deck mostly revolves around knight synergy and dominance. Using your knights to amount power quickly while still having decent characters for defense if needed. I tried to keep the curve low so the playability is a bit more refined. The plots with the agenda help boost economy and with Kingsroad and a couple other reducers you should be fairly set on being able to play characters any turn you want. This is the first deck I have ever built from the ground up. I am SUPER open to any suggestions without straying too far from the core concept. I haven't tested it yet, so this is just purely what it looks like on paper. I'm always open for suggestions!
Looks good for a first deck. You should include some more card draw though - in the shape of The Mander, Butterbumps, Counting Coppers, Pleasure Barge and/or A Gift of Arbor Red.
Also I wouldn't use Ser Jon Fossoway, if it is not a The Lord of the Crossing-deck. One less knight wont hurt the theme i think, maybe some more Ser Robar Royce.
Additionally Lady Sansa's Rose would fit your theme perfectly.
Trading with the Pentoshi would not be my choice for "No. 1 massive gold plot" - use your Kings of Summer and play a second Time of Plenty or Summer Harvest.
Some "safe from the death pile" like Close Call (also Summer and draw!) is a good idea.
Since Heartsbane is unique, you can only play it once and your other copies would act as duplicate on the first card, so only one or two copies of that card is enough, I really like Renly's Pavilion, since it can potentially mess with every challange your opponent initiates and he has to include it every time in his challange maths, as long as it is not knelt.
Nightmares and Milk of the Poppy are usually staples in every deck, they're good so you don't do anything wrong if you use three each - provided you find space for it.
Some attachment control like Confiscation or Rattleshirt's Raiders are in almost every deck and some kind of reset, if the opponent goes too wide character-wise like Valar Morghulis or Wildfire Assault, some use Varys.
I (personal opinion) would definitely reduce the amount of the following cards in your current list:
Ser Hobber Redwyne - personal taste, I like Ser Horas Redwyne better
Ser Jon Fossoway
The Queen of Thorns (cost too high, effect can be cancelled with Treachery, Nightmares, Milk of the Poppy, if you don't win the intrigues, if Nymeria Sand or Maester Caleotte steal the Queen of Thorns intrigue icon, if your opponent's Highgarden removes you AND her effect is useless if you have no fitting characters in hand.)
Trading with the Pentoshi
Calm Over Westeros (more needed other plots)
either A Tourney for the King or Name Day Tourney as finisher plot to get to 15.
